@cult_covid@JamesMelville I’m pretty sure that on the whole that’s not what they’re meant to do - but I’m no expert. And I’m not sure that Covid/vaccines are the cause of the rising energy bills, but again I’m no expert
@cult_covid@JamesMelville Because not everyone believes that vaccines will kill them, but watching your energy bill climb up every month is something that can’t be ignored. Vaccines won’t kill you but cold and hunger sure can.
@sovereignha day 157. If home ownership team could respond to my email dated a month ago about what material the cladding is made from, and whether it is external insulation, that would be great. And not a fob off either. Getting concerned about building safety now. #firerisk?
@SovereignLiving @sovereignha @MW_Sovereign@dorsetnews *still having issues with this. Feel free to pick up any of the many conversataions we’re having on here, over email, through your invisible complaints team (is anyone even in that office?) or even good old fashion telephone - any update at all would be great at this point.
Day 153 of waiting for @sovereignha , @SovereignLiving and @MW_Sovereign to deliver the EWS1 form all residents need to sell their flats with cladding. Is shared ownership a trap? Maybe @dorsetnews might want to have a look?
@SovereignLiving Hopefully there is no cladding on these - or any other issues - as @sovereignha @MW_Sovereign will refuse to provide you with the correct forms that you need in order to sell the property, and you’ll be stuck with it. Good luck #soverscam
@SovereignLiving Nice looking flats. Hopefully no cladding as you refuse to provide the EWS1 form owners need to sell their flats if they do. I wonder what else you’ll do to prevent people from selling? Shared ownership trap. @MW_Sovereign @sovereignha @ResourcesShared@HousingOmbuds
Happy Easter everyone. Day 156 of asking @sovereignha @SovereignLiving@MW_Sovereign for the EWS1 form that residents need in order to sell their flats with cladding. Still waiting for a response. Residents actively blocked from selling. @insidehousing@ResourcesShared
@SovereignLiving Lovely looking homes. Hopefully you are also informing potential buyers that they will need an EWS1 form if they ever want to sell any property with cladding. Which you are still refusing to provide, essentially trapping them into the property. @MW_Sovereign@Dorsetecho
@MW_Sovereign @sovereignha @RobertSyms In getting a resolution to this. We have been very patient for over 6 months and have been treated with complete apathy and let down constantly. Owners can’t sell their flats without this form. We need this form quickly now before the sale falls through.
@sovereignha have we managed to find the EWS1 form that residents in flats that have cladding need in order to sell their flats? 6 months and no response. Are you telling potential buyers about this when they are looking to buy @MW_Sovereign? @RobertSyms are you willing to help?
@MW_Sovereign @sovereignha @RobertSyms Hi Mark.
We have been in contact numerous times to a variety of people in your company. As yet we have no resolution and it looks like no one is interested in helping. Residents can’t sell their flats without the EWS1 form required by mortgage company’s. I would love your help
