.@AerLingus You should be ashamed of yourselves. Cancelled my flight to BHX from BHD 3 hours before take off. Refused to help me and operator told me to get a train not realising I need to go over water. You then rebooked me on a flight 4 days later without my approval.

Was told by your own operators I could claim yet the process is convoluted and you will not help. In fact being blamed. Am currently extremely out of pocket and distressed. Yet you don’t care. On the other hand, thank you @easyJet for being helpful and getting us home.

I’m in an airport and the guy next to me has been watching videos with NO HEADPHONES. It’s so annoying. I finally took out my phone and started doing the same. But I made sure to slowly increase my volume over his. He looked over at me like he was super annoyed. And then turned off his phone. Maybe we just need to start matching the energy of these main character narcissists.
