The incident began when a student was stopped for a minor traffic violation, leading to a confrontation.

Yesterday at 8:22pm i have received a payment of 11000 but after settlement in my account paytm has deducted Rs.590 in the name of #pending_payment_charge but there wasn't any pending charge.
Kindly help me to recover my balance. IT'S totally a #fraud.
