@CityPowerJhb @mphophalatse1 Not sure of the reason for the new fields on https://t.co/Pdr44r9fUA but it’s now more difficult to log a fault. Bear in mind, many in jhb live in complexes where the elec acc is managed by the body corp. Pls rethink this & improve efficiency
