Compliance is the moat fintech projects underestimate until it's too late.
You can have the best marketing, the best influencers, the best product, and still lose users.
In markets like Brazil, regulation touches every step. Tracking how it shifts and moving early might be the most important call a founder makes.
Yield, cards, and cashback get users in the door. Education keeps them there.
In Latam, crypto has moved from scam to regulated product, but the knowledge gap between those two points is still massive.
The next breakout projects will treat education as a core part of the product.
Launching a financial product in a new market is a compliance problem before it's a marketing problem.
Verify what's possible. Build around the constraints. Find the right user for that market. Then simplify the language until it's impossible to misunderstand.
The simpler the communication, the further it goes.
"We're launching in Latam" is not a market strategy.
Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico operate on different financial rails, exhibit different user behaviors, and face different problems. Without knowing which one you're entering, you don't have a launch plan.

Interesting how one country dominates this ranking 🇧🇷
Brazil didn’t just build Nubank.
It built the fintech infrastructure behind an entire GENERATION of digital banks.
→ We have Pix moved R$22T+ in 2024, aproximadamente US$ 4,30T
For those who don't know, PIX is Brazil's instant payment system, created and operated by the Central Bank.
→ Open Finance reached 41M+ unique users.
Latin America now has 3,000+ fintechs, and Brazil alone represents almost 1/4 of the ecosystem.
That is why the list doesn’t stop at @nubank@C6Bank. @Bankinter. Neon. @picpay. @agibank. Cora.
They created a unicorn, which is already impressive.
But clearly today they are producing a market for big fintech companies.
Today we're introducing the Euclid Arbitrum Program 🙌

Applications are now open for Cohort 1. Here's how it works ↓
Crypto needs Fintech changes, we are already seeing it.
And last week we got the clearest evidence of this entire cycle.
More than 140 companies have just announced the launch of a shared stablecoin: Open USD.
➝ payments > Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Stripe, Western Union
➝ finance > BlackRock, BNY, Standard Chartered, DBS
➝ commerce > Google, Shopify, Mercado Libre, DoorDash
➝ crypto > Coinbase, Solana, Ripple, MetaMask
What makes it different from $USDC or $USDT? The economics are inverted:
1. Mint and redeem 1:1, zero fees, no volume limits
2. Reserve yield (T-bills) is shared with the partners, not kept by the issuer
3. Governance is collective: a board of partners, not a single company
In practice... A company holding $50M in stablecoins for settlement earns $0 today. the issuer keeps all the interest. with OUSD, that same balance returns roughly $2M/year.
Dead capital can become cash flow 👀
This is the macro thesis playing out in real time:
Crypto stops being speculation and becomes financial infra.
Invisible, boring, and profitable. Exactly the kind of cash-flow generating business that sets up a healthier bull run.
Coordinating 140 companies is brutally hard, BRUTALLY
And the closest precedent (Paxos' USDG) captured a tiny fraction of the market.
Logos don't route volume ➝ Usage does.
But if it works, the stablecoin war stops being
Token vs Token and becomes Ecosystem vs Ecosystem.
The programmable economy needs better ways for projects to launch.
Something new is coming that helps builders access:
✦ Market infrastructure,
✦ Trading venues,
✦ Ecosystem support from day one.

The algorithm doesn’t care how big you are.
It cares whether people stop scrolling, engage, and keep watching. That’s the game.

Thursday, 3PM UTC. Set a reminder below.
Every Sunday, I do the most "boring" task of my week.
At the same time, it's also the most valuable. You should do it too. 🫵
Planning is about stopping the constant cycle of putting out fires.
I spent years helping companies and brands grow by building strategies, calendars, and roadmaps. But it took me a long time to realize I wasn't putting that same level of intention into planning my own life.
Everything changed when I started organizing my entire year.
Now I can clearly see:
→ Events and trips.
→ Deep work blocks.
→ Meetings on specific days.
→ Product launches and projects.
→ Important dates and seasonal opportunities.
Having a full-year view helps me make better decisions, focus on what actually matters, and avoid the feeling that I'm always playing catch-up.
It doesn't mean everything will go exactly as planned.
It means I know where I'm going.
If you'd like to try it yourself, I've shared the exact template I use for free.

"Bitcoin's only goal was to remove the third party. Bridges brought it right back."
That's why we built Euclid Prime.
CEX speed. 40+ chains. No bridges. No third parties.
We asked @chouchani9 everything; bridges, Hyperliquid, what keeps him up at night, and where Euclid is headed.
