People who talk to themselves often are not “crazy”. It actually helps with focus, memory, and problem solving.
Self-talk is like giving your brain a built-in coach.
My one boring tip to anyone in their 20s is to resist the temptation to rot in your room every time you get a free moment. Dismiss any neuroses you have about going outside and "being perceived". Be a dictator about it, plan your hangouts like they are binding commitments. No excuses! Go to the bar with your friends. Be kinda hungover at work. Socializing is like exercise; even if you don't feel like you want to, you should still do it because it's good for you.
Cortisol is high from hating your life, sitting indoors all day, believing you’re too old & too late, not eating fiber, gossiping, caffeine maxxing, no sleep, boozing the weekend away, watching porn then resenting your partner, keeping up with current tragedies, doomscrolling
More than eighty fully funded scholarships are open to Nigerian students in 2026.
Chevening. Fulbright. Commonwealth. DAAD. Mastercard Foundation.
Tuition. Flights. Stipend. Covered.
The biggest barrier to a funded place abroad is not grades. It is not knowing the opportunity existed until the deadline passed.
That is the gap @MtScholarships was built to close.

Raw garlic and ginger in hot water every morning is actually doing things to my body i cannot explain 😭
garlic alone:
- kills bacteria from the inside
- fights inflammation
- boosts your immune system like nothing else
- your gut will thank you
ginger alone:
I’ve said this since I was 23, having older homegirls and women in my life of all ages is the KEY. There is always more to aspire to. Life doesn’t “end” after a certain age. We are constantly getting better
Life hack: start leaving your phone at home. Often. As a default. Go to the gym without it. Go to dinner without it. Take a walk without it. Go to a museum without it. At first, you will start to come up with justifications for why you can’t do this. But once you overcome them, you will start to experience a wonderful mix of creativity & happiness as you unshackle yourself from your handheld dopamine casino.
becoming less reactive is a huge part of growth, and decreasing stress. if you let everything get you worked up, you're damaging your mind, body, and spirit.
If you’re in your 20s, put your head down and stop waiting for motivation or waiting for an accountability partner. Learn to do things alone. Learn to keep promises to yourself and keep going even when nobody is watching.
Shun mediocrity and don’t become comfortable with “good enough.” Set a standard for yourself that you’re proud of, then keep raising it.
People argue over who the villain is and completely miss the point. The real tragedy is that every attempt to force love destroys the very thing that makes love meaningful: choice.
I’m convinced that you can get pretty far in life by just finishing things. The world is full of half-written books, half-built businesses, and half-kept promises. You stand out by showing up. By closing loops. By doing what you said you’d do. By having the courage to finish.
Doesn't sound like a joke to me. Also, he seems to be really familiar with that route 👀 I find it really sad how sometimes, the 🚩 is so clear, but because some women are so desperate for partnership, they'll ignore it.
I have an aunt that was a total baddie, total Free Love Boomer into her early 30s, got loads of abortions, then completed her PhD and settled down with a lawyer. Divorced him, another lawyer. Divorced him, third lawyer. Separated from him, tried to make it work for years, had an affair with a guy that owned a contracting firm, got a quick divorce and was at the altar two weeks after it was finalized. Same deal, it turned sour after a while, they both found Jesus, got church counseling, it didn't work out, started dating the tallest and wealthiest retired lawyer at her church, just married him last year.
So she's on marriage number five, in her 60s, never had kids of her own, and has absolutely no issue whatsoever finding educated, wealthy, good looking men with all their hair interested in her.
There is no wall. There never was a wall. Men want wives and female companionship. If you're an extroverted, nice, happy, and take reasonably good care of yourself, you can find love at any age.
get rich, young. a dollar at 21 yo is worth 1 cent at 70. it's the same money but different buying power. one buys freedom, the other buys regret. if you get rich too late, you just arrived loaded to a party that already ended.
There’s a Japanese saying:
“If you feel like you’re losing everything, remember, trees lose their leaves every year, yet they still stand tall and wait for better days to come.”
