@virginmedia, why is it not possible for you to establish connections in newly built houses? The infrastructure is already in place, just waiting for someone to install and activate the connection, so that we can finally enjoy broadband services!?

All houses are built I'm on a cul-de-sac house from 1-11 all have Virgin cables but no engineer to CONNECT us??

@virginmedia I can assure you that this is NOT the case at all! There is a Virgin representative on site where I live & they just keep passing the case & not dealing with the issue!!
I just called that number & what a WASTE of my time that was!! 18 months wait time apparently!!

@virginmedia I can confirm that the cabling is already present outside my doorstep.
The only thing we need is for Virgin to come on site & physically connect the cables.
It is a matter of executing the connection, & it should not be overly complicated.
We are not getting any dates onsite!!
