@jembawls That's fair. I wish I knew how to help, but the best I can offer is Google searches and guesses. A bug I HAVE noticed on Android is sometimes the keyboard won't even pop up. Swiping back usually fixes it, but it's still a nuisance.

@jembawls Now that I'm paying attention to it, in order to select text:
iPhone:
Double tap word
Android:
Double tap word
Long press word

If for some reason your Android is registering 3 taps, then it deselects the word and the copy/cut/etc. dialogue goes away

@jembawls I'm pretty sure alarms set using Google Assistant won't work if your internet cuts out, so I imagine times reminders might be susceptible to that too. Kinda grasping at straws a little bit, but that's the only thing I can think of that could cause such a crazy delay.

@jembawls I used to, but that was back before gesture navigation was even a thing. Launcher interference definitely makes more sense than crazy fingers. It might be worth trying life without the launcher for a while

I haven't experienced this at all with either of my phones. I actually really like the gesture functionality on both operating systems.

@StormiSeas @recepkaan89 @SatisfactoryAF Try verifying your game files. You can look up how to do that. The method is a bit different depending on if you have the game on Epic or Steam. If that fails, hop in the SatisfactoryGame Discord server and ask the folks there. They're super helpful!
