I weighed myself today and was shook cos my weight was finally out of the 170s and it said 167lbs then I got back on n it said 170 so idk what to believe but seeing the 160s got me so motivated cos once I hit 164 I'm in the healthy weight category again bruh I need to lock tf in
@milo_da_goat53 The sad thing is when I first started really binge eating at 14 my mom warned me and said not to eat so much cos I'll blow up n I was like nahhhh you trippin then I blew up n developed this bs so it's legit my fault😂😭
I'm sick af rn n I can't taste anything so I'm using this time to not eat unless I get weak not just cos I'm too sick to eat I'm so hungry but cos wtf is the point if I can't taste it like for someone who loves food but wants to lose weight it's killing me but theres no point😭😭
Or for me I like to try to do 20/4 intermittent fasting and that shit had me not bloated, I didn't feel like shit all the time, but binge eating is my problem bruh I need to lock in n take my own advice😭😭😭
Fasting is actually incredibly healthy for you and can kill things like cancer and give your body a reset and detox and can even flush out parasites, obesity is an epidemic n almost all the food sold in stores is actually poison, but some of yall ain't ready for that conversation
Of course don't over do it and maintain a good healthy diet and fast maybe 1 or 2 times a week and just watch your health get better, obviously it's not good to be emaciated but in a healthy weight range you'll be unstoppable, I never felt better at a good healthy weight
