With shorter hospital stay, no doubt TUVP is cheaper than monopolar overall, but Canadian hospital beds are full regardless of outpatient surgery. https://t.co/2eiQ8z6xpQ

Queens transitioned to plasma button in my chief year for ~1/3 of cases. I think it’s a great teaching tool for residents as it’s easier than mono, but still important to learn mono!
