@jonahtinajero @Budgetdog_ It definitely was. With a toddler, and two dogs, we just simply “outgrew” our old house. We luckily had a crap ton of equity in the house to use as a down payment. But, I’m kind of waiting to see if it gets to the 5-5.5% mark before having the conversation!
