A note from the last month or so: My mental health has significant improved since drastically limiting my time on social media. I highly recommend that everyone goes out to touch grass, or moss, look at cute little mushrooms & maybe even pretend to be one.
A note from the last month or so: My mental health has significant improved since drastically limiting my time on social media. I highly recommend that everyone goes out to touch grass, or moss, look at cute little mushrooms & maybe even pretend to be one.
And don’t get me wrong, I know this is some preachy boomer shit. But, if even one person reads this and takes time away from social media to actually do something that boosts their serotonin, then I’ve done my job!
