@Uber @Uber_Support took a $72 ride yesterday and the driver was texting the ENTIRE time, making various phone calls. She event sent someone $40 through Apple Pay. Not to mention the car was FILTHY and smelled like something died. I didn’t think I’d make it the 30 mins. For real

Even as it’s a result of the driver’s behavior. They have all these various ways to report, but then they do nothing but tell you they’re “investigating” and examining the driver’s access to the app….thats all they’ll do.
