My IXL-PNQ flight for tmrw 18th has been rescheduled today. It is frustrating as I have important commitments made for tmrw. Talked with customer care, seems there is no way to reach Pune/Mumbai. Totally unacceptable! Never spicejet again!

@AirIndiaX cherry on the top during boarding of 6 hour delayed IX-974, staff calls and asks me to come to gate D24, replied - will be there in 5 min, ma'am said no come in 2 min not 5 🤯. Now seating in the bus at D24 since last 10 min. How pathetic

@AirIndiaX thought of giving one more chance to Air India and booked BLR-PNQ flight IX-974 and it's delayed by 5 hours. My whole night will be ruined now, have learnt it now that this airline can never improve. Never book flight with them.

@AirIndiaX No other flight to catch before this, so refund/reschedule won't be helpful. However least you can do now is provide correct departure time. Airport board still says 2am but you mentioned 3:20am. Can you give me correct estimate of how much of my night is ruined?

@AirIndiaX Nope, got the link to bot from official AIX Support WhatsApp account which correctly gave updates till now [SS attached]. Also, web chat bot also doesn't work, it says flight is already departed [SS attached]. No further useless engagement on this please, lesson is learnt.

@AirIndiaX Btw, contacted the staff here, no help whatsoever. There was substitute flight at 11:45 but seemed they didn't want to go through inconvenience of moving my checked-in bags.

@GoFirstairways offering only limited free seats during web check-in and not allowing to skip seats. Passengers have to either pay extra for seats or pay for check-in at airport. Why do we have to pay anything extra than flight ticket?

@GoFirstairways had a terrible experience with representative Rizwan at Srinagar airport. He was very rude, unhelpful and threatened by bringing security person when asked for his ID. Never flying with Go First ever again.

@GoFirstairways I tried to web check-in 24 hours before departure and portal was charging extra for seats. My concern is why can't we web check-in free of cost much before flight departure.
