The Israeli National Security Secretariat has issued a statement containing a kind of consultation indicating the travel of Jews around the world and safe countries. The Security Council cited data from safe, secure, dangerous and extremely unfavorable countries for Jews.

According to the publication, Armenia is the safest country for Jews in the South Caucasus, while Azerbaijan and Georgia are considered potentially dangerous countries.

BREAKING: An American warship and multiple commercial ships are under attack in the Red Sea according to the Pentagon.

The warship is reportedly the USS Carney.

“We’re aware of reports regarding attacks on the USS Carney and commercial vessels in the Red Sea and will provide information as it becomes available,” the Pentagon said.

The British military made a statement earlier, presumably about the same incident saying there was a drone attack and explosions in the Red Sea.

Konstantin Zatulin, a Russian State Duma deputy and the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration, and Relations with Compatriots, has confirmed the information that Russia is not supplying the weaponry purchased by Armenia, despite Armenia having already paid $400 million.

Zatulin stated, “Yes, they (Armenia) purchased weaponry from us. Due to the special operation in Ukraine, we’re delaying its delivery. They used this as an opportunity to turn to others.”

This confirmation by a Russian official marks the first instance where the fact that Armenia paid but did not receive the weaponry has been acknowledged, despite various claims by Armenian officials.

On November 12, 2014, around 13:45, on the eastern section of the contact line between the Artsakh-Azerbaijani forces, a Mi-24 strike helicopter of the Air Force of the Defense Army of Artsakh was shot down during a training flight, resulting from a violation of the ceasefire regime by the Azerbaijani armed forces. The helicopter was engaged in joint operational-tactical exercises conducted by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh, known as "Unity-2014." Following the impact, the Artsakh helicopter exploded and crashed not far from Artsakh positions.

The commander of the helicopter, Major Sergey Sahakyan, along with Senior Lieutenant Sarkis Nazaryan and Lieutenant Azat Sahakyan, tragically lost their lives.

The day after the explosion, Azerbaijani media released a video of the incident.

In the video, Azerbaijani soldiers observed two Armenian helicopters flying in the distance, one after another, and subsequently launched a missile.

The published video material clearly shows Armenian helicopters moving along the border line in a single row, without attacking the Azerbaijani side, firing, or maneuvering. This once again contradicts the widespread Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense version that the Armenian helicopter was shot down during an attack on Azerbaijani positions.

In the days following the helicopter crash, the Azerbaijani side kept the territory under fire, hindering the retrieval of the bodies of the deceased crew members.

On November 22, the press service of the Defense Army of Artsakh reported that, as a result of an operation conducted by special forces units of Առտսակհ, the body of one crew member, the remains of two crew members, and some parts of the helicopter, including the black boxes, were evacuated from the site. The operation resulted in two losses for the Azerbaijani side.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia stated that Armenia has never agreed to any restrictions on its sovereignty in any document, and no third country can establish control over any part of its sovereign territory.

This statement was made in response to the comments of the spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zakharova, who stated that the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) will be in charge of controlling the transportation link between Azerbaijan and Nakhijevan, according to the trilateral agreement of November 10, 2020.

British Petroleum's fossil fuel projects in Azerbaijan have come under scrutiny for their alleged role in funding military aggression against Artsakh Armenians.

Global Witness claims that the Azerbaijani government, through its involvement in two major oil and gas projects operated by the British oil company, has received funds exceeding four times its military spending since 2020. The analysis suggests that BP's economic ties, as Azerbaijan's largest foreign investor, indirectly contribute to the funding of military actions, leading to the forced displacement of over 100,000 people from Artsakh.

Senior figures from BP, including Chair Helge Lund and former CEO John Browne, visited Baku during the 100th birthday celebrations of Azerbaijan's late former president Heydar Aliyev. BP took the opportunity to reaffirm its commitment to a "long-term partnership with Azerbaijan." Since 2020, BP has supplied Baku with oil and gas worth nearly $35 billion under a "production-sharing agreement."

Dominic Eagleton of Global Witness criticizes BP's partnership with the Aliyev government, accusing it of funding militarization and aggression against Armenia. He draws parallels to BP's historical decision in Russia, where the company abandoned a significant stake in the Russian oil company Rosneft at a cost of $24 billion due to concerns raised by the UK government over its role in fueling Russia's military efforts in Ukraine.

The arrangement between BP and the Azerbaijan government, established in the 1990s, requires the oil company to share a portion of the fossil fuels produced from the projects. This industry-standard agreement aims to distribute the risk and reward of developing fossil fuel projects between foreign companies and host states.

BP's significant share in Azerbaijan's oil and gas projects is noted, alongside other foreign companies like Exxon Mobil, Equinor, and Lukoil. Financial disclosures reveal that since 2020, BP has supplied Baku with oil and gas worth over $35 billion, exceeding the government's military spending of $7.9 billion during the same period, as reported by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.

BREAKING: Israeli Settlers arrive with guns and dogs on the Cows’ Garden (Goverou Bardez).

Around 15:00pm, a group of Israeli extremist settlers arrived on scene where the Armenian community was having a peaceful sit-in.

Danny Rothman, backed with 15 settlers, demanded the expulsion of the Armenians:
“This is our land, leave the parking lot now!”

The Armenians refused to back down, and stood firmly on their rightfully owned property. Israeli Police arrived on the scene to diffuse the situation, which prompted more settlers to arrive in a show of force.

George Warwar, a Christian Arab, head of Xana Capital and Mr. Rothman’s business partner, also made threats to Armenians: “I will get you, one by one!”

Furthermore, one of the settlers gleefuly announced: “You are all Goys and when the messiah comes, you will all die”.

The Israeli settlers and the united Armenian community were at a stand-off.

Karnig Kerkonian, heading the legal team called for an emergency meeting with the members of the legal team in Jerusalem and the community activists on the ground to discuss undertaking further legal measures in light of the incursion into Armenian Patriachate grounds in the Old City.

As of now, the settlers have left the premises.
