@jbnagartrfps @blrcitytraffic It's been another month gone by and still the lights have not been programmed. Traffic police and citizens are regulating the traffic. In short nothing has changed

[Vikas Sharma @_vsharma]

@blrcitytraffic The traffic lights at the Vignan Nagar–Kaggadasapura Main Rd junction were installed over a month ago but still only blink amber, indicating they haven’t been programmed. Citizens & traffic cops still regulate traffic manually. Requesting prompt action.

@Cars24Support It has been 2 weeks since Neeraj from the SM team contacted me and assured of closure. No one replies from the customer care ([email protected]) email id. There is no SLA nor any accountability. FYI -@vikramchopra, @gajen_jangid & @RuchitAgarwal1

[Vikas Sharma @_vsharma]

Hi @vikramchopra, @gajen_jangid & @RuchitAgarwal1 - My car was sold to @cars24india for scrapping. I am running from pillar to post on Ticket ID: 1269841. Customer Svc & others are unable to resolve & no next steps shared. Very frustrated that no one is able to help me.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you care about customer loyalty? I am on #Airtel since 2002. Been asking you to upgrade my connection from Copper to Fiber #internet for 1+ years. My neighbor placed a request for a new connection this morning and is getting it today evening.

[Vikas Sharma @_vsharma]

@Wooden_street Sorry to inform you that your customer support folks have no idea about my Order Id #102329 which is expected to reach me by Nov 14/15th. Customer support says that someone will call back, but no one does. Today is my 3rd attempt.

Hi @LoveShackFW - I was not issued a bill and need duplicate bill sent to my email id. How do I go about this?

@NammaBESCOM This complaint was registered on December 28, 2018 but no action has been taken yet. Please take action immediately as this is a dangerous condition for general public

[Vikas Sharma @_vsharma]

@NammaBESCOM For almost a month now, this make shift transformer is parked right outside Malnad Arcade on Kaggadasapura Main Road. Can #bescom please remove it ASAP as it is blocking the footpath not to mention dangerous.

[Vikas Sharma @_vsharma]

@NammaBESCOM It has been more than 3 weeks, but the vehicle with the make shift transformer is still parked on the same location. It has to be removed ASAP.

[Vikas Sharma @_vsharma]

@RabbitRunIndia - Registered for the 3K fun run. On website it says reporting at St Joseph's school at 7:40 am. On other places it says Cubbon Park. Where should we assemble and at what time?

[Vikas Sharma @_vsharma]

@NammaBESCOM Why does BESCOM need that information to remove a live transformer placed on a main road?
