Half Filipino. Half Syrian.
Based in Sweden.
Working remotely with US-based companies.
My entire identity is a global puzzle.
And honestly, I think that’s my edge.
I’ve learned that not fitting into one mold is actually a gift.
I know how to navigate complexity, cross cultures, and keep things running smoothly — even when time zones, language cues, and work styles don’t match.
It’s taught me empathy.
It's shaped how I support people.
It’s made me deeply attuned to nuance.
My work is global... because I am too. 👋😊
Run a quiet experiment. Count how many times "we should" appeared in your Slack channels in the past month.
... Done?
Now count how many things from that list actually shipped.
Your girl is now certified in Agent Engineering through @tryprofound University 🥹🤖
Very excited for the things I get to build next, especially around AI visibility, content strategy, and smarter ways of working.
@MayowaWilliams7 Love that, and thank you for subscribing!
If you're ready to start delegating, the first two editions are already out.
Here’s the link to read the first one:

Hope it helps and let me know what resonates! :)
For months, I’ve been thinking of building something I wish existed when I first started supporting founders and VCs.
It’s called "You’re Doing Too Much" - a weekly newsletter about letting go of the work you shouldn’t be doing and leaning on support to scale.
It’s a 3-minute read that might change how you look at your to-do list.
The website is live. And I’d love for you to join in. ✨
If you’ve been meaning to delegate but don’t know where to start, this is for you.
And if you’re in a support role like me, feel free to steal my systems to keep your clients happy.

🚀 Launch Alert 🚀
2 days ago I saw this below tweet from @levelsio and felt inspired to take action and ship something 🫡
Quite randomly I called @gill_works and started talking about how mind blowing Nano Banana felt
He was shocked bc he was literally testing it as I spoke and we thought this is a sign and "let's ship something while the iron is hot"
OUR ONLY RULE WAS: to build a tool we'd use ourselves
I told him how HARD it felt to come up with thumbnail ideas for my Youtube channel/podcast so we thought .. lets use NANO BANANA and create an AI generator 🍌
Introducing "Magic Thumbnail" -- an AI powered Youtube thumbnail generator which has tons of viral templates from your fav and top creators (like @MrBeast, @garyvee etc)
It's scrappy [web only for now] but the core feature works LIKE MAGIC. Pls check it out and lmk what you think :)
📣 The first 'You’re Doing Too Much' is out now.
Inside this week’s edition:
- How to spot tasks you should hand off
- 3-question filter for what stays on your plate
- Real-life delegation example you can copy
- Ready-to-send email for making the ask
- A tool to make meetings less work

"Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become."
- @JamesClear
Even if you don’t feel like “that person” yet, keep showing up like you are.
Sometimes you just have to stop and lick your wounds.
We talk so much about resilience
About bouncing back, pushing through, staying strong.
But we rarely talk about what resilience actually costs you if you never pause.
Because even quiet people carry a lot.
We hold space for others.
We stay composed.
We deliver, even when we’re hurting.
But behind all that is a human heart. And sometimes, that heart cracks a little.
So today, I’m reminding myself (and maybe you too)
that it’s okay to stop and tend to what hurts.
It’s okay to log off.
It’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to let the inbox wait, and let yourself heal.
Even the strongest among us need time to lick our wounds, quietly, before we can stand tall again.
That, too, is part of the work.
🤍
