~6 hours ago the GitHub Release APIs started returning friendly, HTML messages rather than JSON due to an temporary internal error at GitHub

This caused an exception that triggered a restart, repeatedly, and the max restart limit was hit

Fixed by removing the limit

@metruzanca Webi will use .profile (or similar) for WSL and the registry for Windows.

After closing and reopening the terminals so that they're fully refreshed, that should work for all of your environments, even when working cross-environment.

@metruzanca If I understand correctly, I would recommend that you install Go in Windows directly rather than trying to use it from the container created by WSL.

When you're in WSL, use the Linux Go.

When you're in Windows, use the Windows Go.
