In Vex's effect it states that the 2 conditions are applied as 2 seperate attachments. The move removal applies to "this turn" whereas stun does not.

@shornhub @Doowan_ Thats totally not the same though. Gust and rebuke say to return a unit at a battlefield. You do target yo activate but on resolution of flash the unit is no longer at the battlefield which is a req. Alpha stops a card from being chosen not from being effected.
