In regards to the feature match on Round 6 of the RC. I’m extremely disappointed by the result of the judge call and concerned that it sets a terrible precedent for similar decisions moving forward.
In no world at a professional OPL level tournament should the idea that a player does not know what the card effect of their own card does. I understand sometimes there are interactions that are uncommon that you might not know and thats fine, thats what the judges are there to help with. But in no world do you play Thermal Beam and “forget” that it kills ALL gear at this level.
Allowing a 3 turn rewind here with both players now having knowledge of most of eachother’s hands completely changes the game in a way that the competitive integrity of the entire match is called into question.
The ruling should have been a game loss to the Kai’sa player, and a warning to @EclipseFactor for missing it as well.
Setting this precedent at the highest level of competitive play just opens the door for egregious abuse at lower events.
A player could just “forget” to bounce their unit back with star crossed and if the opponent catches it later on, the precedent is already set that the remedy is a rewind, even if its been multiple turns.
The rules should not protect the player committing the infraction to gain an advantage while punishing the victim of that infraction.
A whole lot of information just dropped for the upcoming sets

@dhoklalol keep your head up friend, your fire, and passion will carry you. You'd be correct Lyle's would tell you to use this push yourself. There is no defeat, without try, and without try there is no reason.

They ran this play over and over and over against the Cleveland Browns" ~ @aqshipley#PMSLive
