You’re not broken. You’re burned out. And the solution isn’t more caffeine. It’s more sleep, more silence, more real food, more boundaries, and more self-respect for what your body is trying to tell you. You don’t need another espresso. You need to listen.

[𝐁𝐈𝐆 𝐌𝐎 … @JaYunnaMonae]

I don’t think you’ve truly found your person until you meet someone who steps in for you… not because you asked, not because you begged, not because you broke down and explained every detail, but simply because they care. Because your peace is important to them. Because your burdens aren’t just yours anymore..... they feel them too.

The right person will take care of things on your behalf when life knocks you down, when you’re too tired to move, when you don’t even have the words to explain what you need. They’ll just know. They’ll move for you. Cover you. Make sure you're okay in the quiet ways that most people won’t even notice. Without hesitation, without question, without making you feel like a burden for needing help in the first place.

That’s rare. That’s love. That’s real.
They’ll show up when it's inconvenient. They’ll anticipate your needs. They’ll handle things without needing recognition or applause. And no, they may not get it perfect every time… they may miss the mark or fall short sometimes, but you’ll always know their heart was in it. You’ll feel the effort. And effort like that? It speaks volumes.
You won't have to convince them of your worth. You won't have to beg them to choose you. They’ll already know what they have in you, and they’ll do what it takes to protect it… to protect you.

If you're ever blessed enough to meet someone like that....your person....don’t take them for granted. Don't let pride or ego push them away. Love them back. Match their energy. Water what you’ve been given. Because people like that don’t come around often.

They’re the kind of love that doesn’t just hold your hand… they help carry the load. And in a world full of “me first” and “what can you do for me” energy, that kind of selfless, gentle, protective love? That’s a gift. A miracle, even.
If you’ve found your person… hold on tight. If you haven’t, don’t settle. Because someone who will move mountains for you without being asked absolutely exists. And when they show up, you’ll feel the difference.💯❤️

Thank you for your apology, which I sincerely accept. Please know that it was not my intention that you be denigrated. I value you as a human being.

I hope you understand my concerns about the image. I know that my father has become a bit of a caricature to the world and that his image is often used with no regard to his family, his sacrificial work, or to the tragic, unjust way in which he died (a state-sanctioned assassination).

Unfortunately, I regularly challenge the disregard.

I earnestly wish that people would imagine what it would feel like to see their deceased, murdered father repurposed for party fliers, unjust legislation, etc.

All the best to you, young lady.

You ain’t wrong, never meant to disrespect your family my apologies. Just resposted something I saw that I thought was innocent 🙏🏾
