Moving home is stressful enough without the added pressure of trying to sort out the Internet in our new house. Last @VodafoneUK call was atrocious. Customer service person was sat in a pub it sounded like.

As a 12+ (*cough* 30+) person I am very excited about this. I loved the Jacqueline Wilson books so much when I was growing up, they helped me so much when I was younger - especially the Girls series (Girls under Pressure/Girls out Late/Girls in Love/Girls in Tears) #books

Having to send an email whilst holding a little white flag - "I'm sorry I forgot to do the work + I forgot I was on leave after tomorrow". Feeling all sorts of shame, even though the outcome will be fine. #AskADHD, how to ease the shame? #undiagnosedadultadhd (and struggling)

@stacy_silva @Hopeyyyyyyyyyy @AskADHD 💜 almost like a "I'm going to feel this now and do something to prevent it next time". After I sent the email apologising (sooo much) I made some calendar appointments so I wouldn't forget again (whilst refreshing emails to see if they'd replied...)

@Hopeyyyyyyyyyy @AskADHD It's so hard isn't it? I'm waiting for the appointment to come through for diagnosis. All screening tests and appointments scream ADHD but can't do anything about it until I've had the official appointment and the wait is soooo long.
