-travel the world
-watch good movies
-avoid complainers
-prioritize your health
-call your friends for no reason
-be a hot strong dad
-host banger dinner parties
-and if you’re ever feeling down remember you’re spinning on a sphere in an infinite universe and the fact you’re alive is a 1 in 500 trillion miracle - you’re so lucky it’s absurd and you have nothing to lose :)
I’ve started appreciating days where nothing dramatic happens. no bad news, no stressful interactions, no overwhelming thoughts. just a normal, quiet day where everything is calm. those are the days that actually feel like rest.
Unfortunately, I have to admit that I have not done my best. My current situation is a direct consequence of my incompetence. I suck at doing this life thing.
Don’t let the government hoodwink you. They absolutely owe you functioning systems, clean water, healthcare, security, housing, job opportunities, and basic human dignity. It is within their constitutional mandate; that is literally their core purpose and duty.
Major cheat code for life: Be fully where your feet are. When you're at work, work. When you're with family, be with family. When you're resting, rest. Most people are physically present and mentally everywhere else.
When you in a serious relationship, you’re suppose to move differently. Yeah you grown you can do whatever you want, but certain things are out of respect you have for your partner! It’s not about being controlled or about your partner being insecure it’s a respect thing.
This why I’ll never stop hustling or gettin it by any means. Civilians get pressed over every dollar while mf’s at the top get loopholes, protections & special treatment. Then they wonder why nobody trust the system.. government really the biggest scammers known to man sh*t crazy
now take this information and flip it. constantly pointing out the things you are grateful for can train your brain to notice more things to be grateful for. constantly noticing abundance will train your brain to notice even more abundance. flip the script & stay in control.
Every day I make it to the gym, I’m more convinced I will make it in life.
The discipline to keep doing something whether you feel like it or not, whether you’re in the mood or not, is the same discipline you need to succeed in life.
