Is the Lindblad collapse term (rate κ) intended to act only during detector/measurement interaction, or also during free / idle evolution before final measurement?
@bscholl For landing on an aircraft carrier it makes full sense as you absolutely want to minimize the number of non-fixed items on the deck (e.g some other plane taking off can generate huge blasts of wind that can throw away all things lying on the deck & damage people / materials)
