Most people stay in Da Nang but make sure to try working from the rice fields in Hoi An, I personally preferred it.
Coffee in Vietnam is much stronger than in most of the world because it's Robusta not Arabica.
I think that's also why they put more sugar and other mixes (salted coffee, coconut coffee, egg coffee, etc.)
So someone from the west saying "I don't take too much sugar in my coffee" doesn't compare well because it's not the same coffee.
