In Pakistan's medical education system, a government graduate appears for more than 20 papers in five years, while a foreign graduate appears for only one paper. How can these two be considered equal. Respect your own doctors.

Stop calling it merit if you’re cutting out Parent Institute marks. Half-truths don’t make a fair system.

[Assad Bajwa @oyebajwey]

Parent hospitals should not be made to abandon the doctors that served them. Current CIP policy is unacceptable. Bring back parent Institute marks.

[Dr H.N.Khalid @echh_enn_khalid]

@RanaSikandarH @MaryamNSharif CIP should be revised with feedback from students, faculty, and institutions. Rushed decisions cause long-term damage.

We are asking for fairness and continuity of policy.
Parent Institute marks must stay.

We stand united because this policy affects the future of thousands. A system built on unfairness can never produce fairness.

When policies change abruptly, it isn’t reform
It’s destabilization. Students deserve stability, clarity, and a fair playing field.

@nikamma_hu_yar @SalmanRafiquePK @SHCMEHealth @MaryamNSharif Zulm hai ye policy. Mehanti doctors ke sath bhi aur government hospitals mei anay waly mareezo ke sath bhi. 🥲

[Razwan Zafar ®️ @razwan_zafar]

Policies should improve induction—not create inequality. Govt graduates are the backbone of healthcare. Respect their journey.

Changing policies after graduation is clear evidence of how broken the system is! Govt graduates earned parent institute marks, this is our right, NOT A FAVOR and not something extra! 📢

Parent institute marks reflect discipline, attendance, conduct, and training quality. Removing them means ignoring half of medical education.

New CIP policy has created a wave of frustration because it ignores the years of struggle government graduates put in. Merit cannot be reshaped overnight to suit convenience.
