More architects and designers should keep this so-called mindset more as we do not necessarily need to make others' job's more difficult for them. We need to remember that they have limits to how they handle tough jobs. (end/) #be904#be904_5#be904_5_1#S1W17
they wish to get more out of their effort. That's why some architects may treat their employees badly because they already have on their plate. But this depends, if the firm is like a warlord or mega firms then I say no, it is not good. bad bad. Because they are (2/) #be904

A bit late for this tweet, I missed it. But anyways, I would say put yourself in the position of some architects that has their own firm. In order for them to make ends meet, they have to go through a lot of tough and tiring work. Because of that, it is natural that (1/) #be904

I don't think its right to treat anyone badly and contradict our own beliefs and I'm sure no one would want to simply go with the flow in these scenarios but I guess sometimes, not much can be done to go against what is happening.

I am also struggling with the concept of dominant paradigms. So far from what I understand, I think it could be that it's referring to the architectural movement or how the world view towards design. But still I'm not sure.. that's my best guess xd #be904
I think this exploitation will only just reflect badly for the company if they were to advocate something that is opposite of their mottos. Furthermore, if they were to continue treating their employees badly, it will only be a matter of time before the newer ones start to leave.
I personally think that reading a company motto or driving force will not entirely reflect the image of the type of firm but rather just give a rough idea of like what they specialise in. Besides that, the company believes or values they practice, come from experiencing firsthand
