One of the most effective ways to lower the cost of everything is to make housing more affordable.
No government handouts.
No subsidies.
- Get Blackstone and PE out of housing (except to build or flip distressed homes). We have allowed these PE firms to use the money in our 401 (k)'s and bid against us and our neighbors. Using our retirements to inflate housing costs, increase tax revenue, and put many people into a perpetual cycle of slavery in the form of high rental housing. Criminal.
- Create incentives for private equity companies to let go of inventory. (Like 0% capital gains to release those homes back into the market)
- Very low interest rates for primary residence (with a mortgage cap so we don't create a bubble because money is cheap).
- Create incentives for home builders and flippers to get to work. Make their capital gains zero or close to it. We need the money to get in, create inventory, and GTFO...
- Eliminate property tax on personal primary residences. Make it very unattractive for people to own a second or third home.
- Remove all taxes from items used to build homes. (Drywall, lumber, roofing)
- Give tax breaks to everyone working to build housing. Tax breaks to companies that build on new innovative technologies in housing. Even the companies that make the drywall... There would be a HUGE incentive for people to work in the industry if they were able to work with 0% taxes. Sunset it at 10 years. Bring money into the new building tech R&D.
It should cost less to own a home than to rent a home.
Housing has become the largest item on anyone's budget. If we lower the cost of housing, most families could have so much more room in the budget. They could take jobs at a lower wage, which in turn could bring down the cost of everything.
There are people on government assistance, drawing a check (at taxpayer expense) to pay for an apartment that's owned by PE... And the PE firms have driven up the cost of housing in the area. It's intentional. It's a grift on the American taxpayer. They use our money to outbid individuals, raise the price of everything in the area (in turn raising the value of the underlying asset), profit from the increased rent, and take out loans against the property when the value increases at a zero % capital gains (because it's technically a loan, not income). All at a cost to us.
Many people would not need government assistance if the cost of housing were VERY AFFORDABLE! If a struggling family could purchase a home for $100-140k, they would not need as much help.
Personal home ownership is foundational for us as a nation. It brings security and personal responsibility.
@realDonaldTrump Many of these things would need to be done at a federal level, but this should be so easy to do. We could turn things around in 2 years if the law were written correctly.
America could thrive from just one small change. This would ripple through our economy.
@brianeharrison, once you are done destroying DEI in Texas, I would love to see you tackle some of these things.
Instead of Digital ID to track citizens…
We should be implementing Digital ID to track politicians.
Track who they meet with.
Track who lobbies them.
Track where all of our taxpayer dollars go.
They work for us.
Not the other way around.
Some have forgotten this concept.
Things would be better in Texas if @brianeharrison was Governor.
I hope you run and win.
I’m fighting the feelings to leave Texas. I’m not one to run but we have been overtaken.
Court just ruled Maricopa County’s illegal ballots INVALID.
Runbeck workers processed, transported, and injected ballots from home with zero chain of custody. Broke seals. Ignored Arizona drop-box law. Dropped them straight into the 2020 election with no oversight.
A lawyer tried to claim it was still legal. The judge shut it down cold: by law, those ballots were INVALID. They were counted anyway.
This isn’t theory. It’s proven in open court.
The cover is cracking. Share this so every American sees exactly what happened. 💯👇

Fulton County admitted that they had not 1, not 2, but 148 unsigned tabulator tapes, which were used to authenticate and verify the chain-of-custody of over 315,000 ballots from the 2020 election.
On top of that, over 1.7 MILLION original ballot images were missing from the Georgia 2020 Election, which are crucial to authenticate the ballots themselves and the total vote count.
- 5,026,684 ballots cast.
- Only 3,300,033 Original ballot images were received.
70 Georgia counties could NOT produce all of their original ballot images for the 2020 election.
36 other Georgia counties could not produce 100% of their original ballot images.
There is no way an accurate or legal certification or recount could have ever taken place. Biden's margin of "victory" in Georgia was only 11,779 votes.
NBC, ABC, and CNN refused to air President Trump’s speech on foreign election interference because they say it erodes trust in our elections.
Here’s 4 minutes of Dems eroding trust in the 2016 election.
It’s not principled. It’s propaganda.
RFK Jr. reveals what HHS found when they went looking for the 375,000 migrant kids Biden lost.
"It's a huge, huge tragedy."
"One guy pretended to be the parent of 42 children. We have no idea what happened to those kids."
"We're now finding them. We found about 137,000 of them, but a lot of them you just can't find. There was about 60 kids who were sent to one address. When we looked at that address, it was a container, a steel container in the middle of a parking lot."
"A lot of them were sent to work at slaughterhouses and picking fruits in the fields. They were slaves."
"So we stopped that. Now everybody who comes in has to validate the relationship. We DNA test them to make sure they're related to that kid. Nobody gets a kid unless we know that is the kid's parent or relative."
"It's a huge, huge tragedy. My agency [under Biden] was the single biggest child trafficker in the world."
Secretary of State Marco Rubio declares that the International Criminal Court has no power over America and their laws have no jurisdiction over anything we do, our military or anyone in America
He says we were lied to about its creation and it’s been taken over by globalists who have installed their own people to gain nearly unlimited power and take away our sovereignty
“Halfway across the world, there's an institution that calls itself the International Criminal Court. Maybe you've heard of it, maybe you haven't. But chances are you don't know the names of its judges, of its prosecutors, or its president.
And you shouldn't have to. But as we speak, the ICC and its friends are waging a war against our country. Not with bullets or missiles. But with statutes and compacts and the force of so-called international law.
When the ICC was born 24 years ago, they told us that it was merely a narrow backstop, a global court that would step in to prosecute only the gravest offenses — But the truth is, it was something far more radical and extreme. It was a global tribunal staffed by unelected globalist bureaucrats who claim their power is almost unlimited.
The danger of this global court has only continued to grow. Today it threatens every aspect of our political and legal system. Border Patrol agents removing violent criminals from our country, American Marines risking their lives to defend our homeland, prosecutors working to dismantle terrorist plots to attack and kill Americans
if we stand idle, all of them would be at the mercy of foreign judges, thousands of miles away, facing the constant risk of prosecution and even imprisonment for the so-called crime of defending their own country.
The American people never agreed to any of this, and they never will. Read the words of our Declaration of Independence: We fought a revolution against a foreign power transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses. Independence is our birthright. We will never let foreign bureaucrats take that away from us.
This administration will not sit by as the ICC and its allies seek to threaten our people.
If they believe they can deprive us of our sovereignty, we will teach them the full meaning of American resolve”
Here’s what the ICC and globalists don’t want you to know, the ICC has absolutely ZERO authority over the United States
The ICC does not have jurisdiction over the United States or its nationals. The US is not a party to the Rome Statute, the treaty that created the ICC in 2002, never ratified it, and formally withdrew its signature in 2002
The ICC’s jurisdiction is primarily over nationals of member states or crimes committed on the territory of member states. Complementarity principle, it only acts when a country is unwilling or unable to prosecute
The US and countries like China, India, Russia, Israel are not members. The US has passed laws like the American Servicemembers’ Protection Act that explicitly rejected ICC authority and authorizing measures to protect US personnel
They have ZERO power over anything we do
AUSTIN MAN shoots a guy in the chest over a joke, and Travis County DA lets the case quietly die.
Dec 2023: Ellis Henderson is making rap music with a guy named Ortiz. Ortiz, sitting cross-legged on the floor with his iPad, makes a joke -- riffing that there's a $50,000 price on Henderson's head. Henderson stands over him and fires a single round into his shoulder. The bullet shreds a lung, snaps three ribs, and fragments inside him. Ortiz survives surgery with pieces of it still in his body.
APD charges aggravated assault. Then the case dies as Henderson sits in jail with no indictment, bond slashed from $100,000 to $20,000. In April 2025 the DA drops it cold.
Henderson was no stranger to Austin’s prosecutors. A cocaine felony downgraded to probation. In 2016, he went on a rampage on UT campus -- accosted a female student, beat the parking officer who stepped in, tried to steal his car, then fought the cops so hard they had to tase him. His robbery and escape felonies both got quietly knocked down.
Paying no consequences, he drove north and kicked down an elderly couple's front door in Killeen, storming in with his fists up.
Unlike Travis County prosecutors, Bell County prosecutors didn't blink. They took his priors and put the floor at 25 years, and planned to use the same 2016 UT attack Austin ignored to push a jury toward 40. He didn't risk it and pleaded guilty the morning trial began. 25 years.
The county next door built its case out of the crimes Travis County wouldn't touch.
I’m very happy to see this type of response. There are so many great selfless piece officers out there, but when nothing is done about illegal behavior of law enforcement, we create a 2-tiered justice system.
I want to see law enforcement get back to the basics.
Protect the CITIZEN
Serve the PUBLIC
Uphold FIRST the constitution
On behalf of the largest police news outlet in the world, we're officially calling for the resignation or termination of this officer IMMEDIATELY.
A female Fort Worth police officer was caught on camera threatening to ticket a retired federal law enforcement officer and Christian street preacher for “offensive speech.”
The officer told the man that if someone is offended by his preaching, then “we have a problem” and said she would issue him a ticket. When he asked if she was really going to ticket him for offensive speech, she replied, “Yes, I am.”
This is a blatant violation of the First Amendment. Police officers do not have the authority to ticket people for speech that offends others. That is the exact opposite of how freedom of speech works in America.
The fact that this officer targeted a retired federal law enforcement officer who was simply preaching makes this even more unacceptable.
Departments that employ officers who openly disregard the Constitution need to clean house. This kind of behavior erodes public trust and makes every good officer’s job harder.
Pass this along so more people see what is happening on our streets.
