@HighwaysSEAST Approaching the closure M25 junction 10-9 anti-clockwise the queue is ridiculous and dangerous, people out of their cars wandering around. Is there a diversion at the end of this? Is this the best way to handle these closures?

@HighwaysSEAST Not on the M26, it’s just being sacrificed for the works on the M25. It’s still possible for both lanes of the m26 to join the M25 and not impact those works.

Ps I think given how it’s all gone, the term ‘smart’ motorway might aswell be dropped...

@HighwaysSEAST No, it is coned off as ongoing roadworks and has been for the last week or so. The congestion is there right now according to google maps etc.

@HMRCcustomers I did try today and went round in circles with a chatbot. Tried last year and got nowhere.

@HMRCcustomers He says he has written letters but got nowhere, but I have no proof of this. If it was me making a mistake then it would be no surprise but I don’t know how a tax accountant seems to be getting it wrong year after year.
