Do you let them do everything they want? I'm pretty sure if you don't that they don't understand why either.

@mitchellh I don't know... It always seems to me that terminal multiplexers are simply a workaround fo desktop environment shortcomings. Something like shpool seems to be much closer to the spirit of UNIX (small tool, one job).
