Creating a ChatGPT-like tool with a custom knowledge base requires multiple non-trivial components: you need a semantic understanding of the query and a full-scale search engine for the “retrieval.”

It’s straightforward to go from notebook to prototype within a couple of hours, but to put it into production takes months. We’re capable of doing it in weeks!

This is great news for those of you who had the shots and wish you hadn’t. The biggest compliance issue was temperature control. @pfizer required storage in ultra cold freezers and could only stay at room temperature 2-6 hours. Many patients probably got inert shots.
