Totally understandable Sam being given grace/time too, but I believe Frawley has earned that this past year.

Frawley not being given a start at 10 for 15 months and people on here giving out about him. Show him the same grace that Sam got at 10 for a while and he can at least get a footing for the position.

Time at out-half is the single most important thing for a 10.
