@ronin_legend@DudespostingWs Most vacant properties are in low-demand areas far from where homelessness is worst. California has no real surplus of housing. Relocating people to Midwest US or Rust Belt etc ignores jobs, family, and opportunity. It’s not as simple as you believe
@ronin_legend@DudespostingWs If the principle is that unused property should be taken and given to others, where does that stop? What happens when the same logic is applied to your things, or when owners stop investing in property because it can be seized?
@ronin_legend@DudespostingWs Capable of reasonable debate without verbal abuse? Get out of your emotions for a moment and let’s stick to facts: There isn’t a massive surplus of completely unused vacant housing the way you believe. Most vacant units are seasonally used, with most of the rest for sale or rent
@EneaTrapani Art.154 CdS: segnala sempre cambio direzione/corsia.
MIT 6935/2017 rotatorie:
- Sempre DESTRA per uscire (dopo uscita prec.).
- Ultima uscita (lato sx): SINISTRA ingresso + dentro (multi-corsia), poi DESTRA.
Mono-corsia: sinistra non obbligatoria.
Semplice
@ronin_legend@DudespostingWs So seasonal use does count as using it? Great, because the largest share of "unused" homes are holiday or second homes. Census data shows most vacant units fall into seasonal/recreational use, with the rest typically for sale or rent
@ronin_legend@DudespostingWs Most people don't actively use everything they own — spare tools, seasonal clothes, guest rooms, books, stuff in storage. Who gets to decide when something you've paid for and own has been 'unused enough' to stop being yours?
@DeanTTraining This is fine as a rare treat, but if you’re eating this 3x+ a week for meal prep that Old El Paso packet is a straight sodium bomb. One packet per 2 lbs is already pushing ~1,400mg sodium from the seasoning alone
