@chaptersindigo I got an Indigo gift card and applied the balance to my online account. Then I went to go buy an ebook on the website and it does not seem to allow me to use my online balance to pay. How can I do this?
@AmazonHelp I tried Live Chat first as was told a request was submitted and it should go through in 24-48 hours. Then I got an email stating I needed to call customer support to verify some information. I called in, talked to 3 different departments and then was hung up on.
@AmazonHelp Just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve a gift card issue, was transferred twice and then hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was very respectful but am now really frustrated to your customer service.
@AmazonHelp I was in Florida last week and got an Amazon gift card from a client. When I returned home to canada and tried to redeem it on https://t.co/NmGlFAo8Hf I was told I had to redeem it on https://t.co/U8wCed8Q3x. Now I have money in my US account I can't use. Simply want a transfer
