A new step by BDA towards the digital era!

Under the guidance of Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Shri D. K. Shivakumar and the leadership of Chairman Shri N. A. Harris, the Unified Tapal System, 24/7 Citizen Assistance Cell, and Control Room were inaugurated, and compensation cheques were distributed to landowners who provided land for the Bengaluru Business Corridor project.

Major Traffic Relief at Hebbal!

•ನಾಡಪ್ರಭು ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಿಂದ ಮೈಸೂರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಗಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್‌ ಪುಶಿಂಗ್‌ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬಳಸಿ ಚಲ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ಸಮೀಪ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಅಂಡರ್‌ಪಾಸ್‌ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಂತವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿದೆ.

•ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಮುಖ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಮೂರು ಪಥಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್‌ ಪುಶಿಂಗ್‌ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾಂಕ್ರಿಟ್‌ ಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್‌ಅನ್ನು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಹಳಿಯ ಕೆಳಗೆ 40 ಮೀಟರ್‌ ಪುಶ್‌ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಬದಿಯ ಮೂರು ಪಥಗಳ ಅಂಡರ್‌ಪಾಸ್‌ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಕಾಂಕ್ರಿಟ್‌ ಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್‌ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಹಳಿಯ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಪುಶ್‌ ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

•ನಿನ್ನೆ ತಡರಾತ್ರಿ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಗರ್ಡರ್‌ ಶಿಫ್ಟಿಂಗ್‌ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪೂರೈಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಜ.20ಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಈ ಮೊದಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಪುಶಿಂಗ್‌ ಕಾರ್ಯವು ಡೆಡ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ಗಿಂತ ಮೊದಲೇ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

•ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಚಲ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ಲೆವೆಲ್‌ ಕ್ರಾಸಿಂಗ್‌ ಬಳಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಂಡರ್‌ಪಾಸ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಪವರ್‌ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌, ಲೈನ್‌ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಇದೇ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದೆ.

•ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾಂತರಾಜಣ್ಣ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನೆ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 4.30ಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ ರೈಲು ಸುಗಮವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿತು.

•15 ದಿನಗಳ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ, ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಪಥಗಳ ಅಂಡರ್‌ಪಾಸ್‌ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಂತಾಗಿದೆ.

From January 1, 2026, BDA is streamlining petition handling through a single, digitised system for greater transparency and efficiency. Citizens can submit their petitions once and track progress online without repeated office visits.

The newly constructed loop at the Hebbal Flyover, built by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), was inaugurated today by the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Shri @DKShivakumar, the Hon’ble Minister for Urban Development Shri @byrathi_suresh and Hon’ble BDA Chairman Shri @mlanaharis.

On this occasion, BDA Commissioner @Captain_Mani72, along with senior BDA officials and staff, were present. With the opening of this new loop, commuters traveling from North Bengaluru and Tumakuru Road to Mekhri Circle will now be able to travel more easily and smoothly.

ಹೊಸ ಲೂಪ್ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳೆಂದರೆ:

1. ಉತ್ತರ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ನಗರ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಸುಲಭ.

2. ಯಲಹಂಕ,‌ ಜಕ್ಕೂರು, ಸಹಕಾರನಗರದಿಂದ ಮೇಖ್ರಿ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ವರೆಗೆ ತಡೆರಹಿತ ಸಂಚಾರ.

3. ಈ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 25ರಷ್ಟು ಸಂಚಾರ ದಟ್ಟಣೆ ಇಳಿಮುಖ.

The railway underpass work being carried out by the Bangalore Development Authority near Challaghatta by using box pushing technique has progressed at a rapid pace
