@VikingCruises My senior parents are excited for an upcoming cruise and impressed with communication. But the outbound flights they were given involve 3 legs and a terminal change which feels like a lot for seniors. Hope you’ll consider a 2-leg trip for other seniors in future!
Shame on you @Bell. My senior parents have battled bad internet service for a year and after tech visits last week “everything is fine”. The next day, the internet dropped 5 times in an hour. Is it because they are seniors you won’t check the line to the house at their request?
@MarksCanada your customer service turn around time is terrible. 10 business days later and I still don’t know what to do with my damaged winter boots. One phone call and 3 emails later to follow up … still nothing. Really thrilled it’s going to snow again!
