Following an investigation by FBI New York's Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force, the @FBINewHaven Child Exploitation Task Force, @nyspolice, the Orange County Child Abuse Unit, the Orange County Child Advocacy Center, @HartfordPolice, and @SDNYnews, Bryan Cruz Solano was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor after allegedly sexually abusing his 12-year-old sister and recording that abuse in order to trade it for other child pornography.
