Why this is so. if rallies are important then colleges are are at utmost importance. If colleges can be held online why had been rallies done offline, can it be not held the same way as colleges.

But NITians are to pay FULL TUITION FEE amount of ₹62500
Is this justified?

R&D sector drives innovation and has the potential to curb problems in Indian Society.
Higher studies are what enables R&D. The present academic fees and prices discourage one to pursue higher education with such low stipend of 12400Rs.
