IC 2177 (Sh2-292) is a region of nebulosity that lies along the border between the constellations Monoceros and Canis Major. It is a roughly circular HII region centered on the Be star HD 53367.

Maffei 2 is a spiral galaxy at about 10 million light-years.
It is is almost invisible to optical telescopes. Foreground dust clouds in the Milky Way block about 99.5% of its visible light, but this NIR-RGB image reveal the galaxy.

Galaxy cluster Abell 1377 in Ursa Major.

Lots of tiny faint fuzzies at a staggering distance of 700 million light-years. The two brighter galaxies at the top are NGC 3890 & NGC 3850, at around 120 million light-years not part of the cluster.
