As I get into my twitter journey I've collected some frameworks that people have been kind enough to share -
How to write bios, threads, tweet replies and even a day by day plan for what to tweet...
Here is a great thread that brings it all together.

@jillmetcalfe I break it by category. So I do it for health. Family. Finance etc. Don’t go through journals. Once I focus on a category ie health and I know what my goal was for the previous year. The + - next comes quite easily. Ie what did I do if I achieved it.What didn’t I do if I didnt
Create a propulsion system for your goals:
a) have a list of what you fear / pain in not achieving your goal
b) the pleasure in achieving your goal
This works to both push you away from what you dont want and pull you to what you do

In general we don't lack knowledge. Whatever it is you want to change or achieve - you probably already know what you need to do.
You don't lack drive, knowledge or resources.
What you lack is decisiveness, commitment, and discipline to do the work every day.

I used to think the secret was new shiny tools and quick fix flashy templates.
Truth is I need to master the fundamentals and do the work. Write everyday, put in the time, add value.
There really aren't that many shortcuts in this game- although that's what sells!

Success is never in a straight line... your job then is to constantly move back on to the path each time you get knocked off track.
Once you accept this - you no longer treat things as failures... just a sign to take action to get back on the road to success.
