@ridgewallet has my shipment on hold without any intimation on the reason for hold. Only after 3 attempts at getting through support did I learn that I need to pay more to get my goods which wasn’t declared at the time of purchase.

Extremely disappointed with the service from @ridgewallet . Ordered a wallet; has been stuck in customs for over 4 days. No updates. Reached out to customer service and all they have to say is .. come back in “few” days … with no definition of what few means … #CustomerService
