@toddneeleyDTN @united EXACTLY! To top it off the steward was genuinely rude. He had the nastiest attitude! I wanted to scream, except recent events have taught me that if you fight with steward, you get dragged of plane in a bloody mess!

I can't sit next to my fiancé on @united to Honolulu without him having to pay $125 to upgrade to an empty seat?!?! On top of that, one steward was incredibly rude! How about all the times I've moved around for other people, sometimes to crappy seats? Never got paid for that! #BS
