The picture-in-picture (PiP) capabilities of ChatGPT Work with 5.6 is one of those small things that’s actually a really big thing.

When GPT-5.6 is controlling your computer, you can “pop out” the live computer session into a floating window that stays above your other applications.

Instead of dedicating the full ChatGPT/Codex window to supervising the agent, you can:

-Continue working, coding, etc. as is
-Watch the agent navigate your desktop in a small always-on-top window.
-Intervene at any point if it reaches an approval checkpoint.
-Pause or resume execution without switching back to the main app.

The experience is much closer to supervising a human assistant sitting at your computer than watching a browser automation tool.

@jxnlco Agree but establish alignment model gradient that defines correct trajectory as it scales. But I guess you already did this with the model spec?
