@Chris_Rhodes4 Hi Chris, I managed to track it down to the depot. If you can find your local one and get the number (I got it through the normal customer service line) the depot were really helpful (much more than customer service). Think it would still be sitting there if I hadn't collected!

@mtthw___ @carlafrancome @TNTUKOfficial @TNTUKCare @HM_Passport I found my local depot number through Google and asked for the number from TNT (not the passport team). Then a worker in the depot asked the passport team to call me. I would recommend going down to your depot if you have time. I had no help from customer service.

@carlafrancome @TNTUKOfficial @TNTUKCare Thankfully I tracked down a very helpful depot worker who managed to locate my passport - he says this happens all the time! I think a case of being overloaded, @HM_Passport need to review their courier and improve customer support please
