Had two user calls today that were honestly informative.

Not speaking to users is going in blind.
Users are like a flash light, helping you see where you’re going or at the very least, they help you know if you’re going in the right direction.

At the start of the week, my app hit 1k users, a month after launching.

This is the first app I’ve launched so I should be extremely proud of this achievement.

But why did it not move me..?

Comparison is the answer I think.

One really hard part of being a solo developer/founder is focus. There are so many things that “need” to get done.

Steve Jobs once said focus does not mean saying yes to what you need to do. It means saying no to the 100s of other things.
