So I’m very hemiplegic migrainey this week, very much my own fault 🙃 but I’ve just noticed that when I speak looking in a mirror when experiencing left side paralysis/pins and needles/tingles the left side of my face barely moves. Guess I’ve found my new insecurity 💃🏻

Listened to a podcast about migraines and heard someone describe exactly what I experience. 0.001% of the population have these chronic migraines and so to hear someone else experiences them is so strangely calming and reassuring.

Lol’d earlier when I felt big and strong when my plated lat pull down was 60kg and then I had to move the seat and massively struggled 😂😂😂

The weirdest side effect this medication has is it makes me nauseous but sometimes I’m nauseous and hungry at the same time 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hungry but gonna feel ill for 2 hours after I eat 🙃
