Very disappointed in @marksandspencer. Kids trainers worn twice, front is coming away and All the colour is coming off the backs. Yet I have to take time out of my day, pay for parking, petrol, general aggro to return to a store for a “quality check”. You’d expect more from M&S.

I seem to spend my life on the phone to customer service agents at the moment, but at least this time both people I spoke to @vaxsupport were absolutely brilliant. Never have a problem with vax customer service 👏🏻

Hey @JohnLewisRetail, could you tell me what the point of having a 2yr electrical guarantee is if you’re just going to bounce me around various depts/tell me to call manufacturer/be no help at all? Bought from you guys as thought you’d be more trusted in the event of a fault 🤷🏼‍♀️
