@bookingcom the company that takes your money and not only does not pay the hotel you booked months in advance but then make it impossible to get your own costs back via their own t+c’s!
2/2 @apple care purchased through my head office and I had no idea about an excess… I thought stuff just gets fixed ex gracia, you know, brand loyalty etc. No chance. Makes me think carefully about brand loyalty going forward. The staff were excellent! Gutted…
Just had a good/bad experience at @Apple in their #norwich store. 6 month old MPB went wrong last Monday. @geniusbar appointment today to find out that a slug (?) had got in and shorted out the Mac. I have #applecare but there is a £229 excess.1/2
