@HidesignHQ instead of apologising, he kept saying it was a miscommunication. He offered to pay me for my cab! Despite calling, I came back empty handed with the generous offer of your manager's cab fee. Is this your customer service?

@HidesignHQ, the store manager at Shantiniketan forum Mall doesn't know what customer service is. After calling him to confirm if exchange is possible on a product, I went to the store only to be told by him that it can't be exchanged.
