Not impressed with @AmericanAir after speaking with a very rude and unprofessional agent on the phone that refused to transfer me to the supervisor. After writing a complaint, they sent this generic response that they send to any issue. Has nothing to do with what I said.

I put more value on a flight credit and rebooked in September 2023, the agent told me I had one year from the date for a flight credit. Now I’m told it expired on January 28 (yes 3 days ago), because it was from a ticket from a year before.
